SDG Micro Grants for CSO-NGO

APPGM-SDG is excited to announce micro grants to support CSO mobilisation in localising SDGs for 2024! We invite registered CSOs or NGOs with a bank account to apply for this small grant. The grant amount ranges from a minimum of RM10,000 to a maximum of RM40,000.

The grant aims to support micro solution projects addressing economic, social, and environmental issues across 115 parliamentary constituencies. Applicants are required to provide:

• The program or project they intend to implement
• The target group for the project
• The SDGs relevant to the project

Priority will be given to projects targeting vulnerable groups and communities left behind. Projects can also include advocacy initiatives, field research on specific issues, CSO-NGO focus groups for input to the VNR 2025 or the 13th Malaysia Plan, as well as training related to SDGs and human rights, with a focus on SDG 16.

Application Period: 9 December – 23 December 2024
Application Results: 31 December 2024
Project Implementation Period: January – March 2025 (All projects must be completed by 31 March 2025)
